About the Baker-Gordon Syndrome Foundation

Origin Story

The Baker-Gordon Syndrome Foundation was started by Sarah Waters and David Saywahn (Zuri’s Parents) and John and Kasey Ruth (Kamdyn’s parents) with encouragement from Dr. Paul Carney at the University of Missouri. Dr. Kate Baker also offered guidance and support for the language and content of the website.

The mission of our organization help those affected by Baker-Gordon Syndrome function at their full potential and live long fulfilling lives.
